The historical drama WITHOUT FAMILY was shot in 2000 with French-Czech-German cooperation. This film tells the story of a young boy named Remi, who lived peacefully at his parents' farm until he was ten years old, however he had no idea they were not his true parents. But his ´father´ lost his job one day, and he decided to put Remi in an orphanage. Luckily a travelling musician named Vitalis bought him at the last moment. Although reluctant at first, little Remi set off on a long journey with his three dogs, a monkey and a musician. When they managed to give a musical performance in town, they even got a good meal and sleep. Many adventures and dangers met them on their journey.
Pierre Richard got the lead role in that film.
