Besides Czech fairy tales, the German fairy tale RÜBEZAHLS SCHATZ was filmed in 2017 by the director Stefan Bühling. A Giant from the Giant Mountains named Rübezahl has fallen in love with the maiden Rose, but she is waiting for her boyfiend Erik until he returns from the world. But Baroness von Harrant takes advantage of that situation because she has her eye on the Rübezahl´s treasure hidden in the mountain, which only the magical breakstone can unlock.

Sabin Tambrea, Henriette Confurius, Catherine Flemming, Gitta Schweighöfer, Thorsten Merten, David Schütter, Amelie Plaas-Link play the starring roles.
